
Fired Butler & Hosch Workers Want to Add Ex-CEO to WARN Class Action
Former Butler & Hosch CEO Robert Hosch might soon find himself named as a defendant in a class action lawsuit brought by former employees who want to hold him personally responsible for skipping advance notice of layoffs before the law firm’s abrupt downfall.
Hosch oversaw a law firm that controlled about 90 percent of the nation’s foreclosure litigation before imploding last month, suddenly shutting its doors and laying off hundreds.
